kinda knew i would like the show even before i watched it...must be 'cos of the drawing style + music. but yesss it was heart-wrenching as expected from Key. not a big fan of the storyline though -_-" got to watch Kana Hanazawa do live-dubbing for the last tear-jerking scene and it was awesome. | ||

Rated season 1 a 8, and ~After Story~ a 10. Season 1 was okaayyyyy, typical canvas/kanon kind of style. Nagisa more-or-less annoyed me back then. But ~After Story~ made me cry so hard - prepare boxes of tissues! (Ushio. is. so. kute.) | ||

7 for a tale of memories. 9 for a tale of melodies. Similar to what I feel about Clannad - 1st season was ey-ok but 2nd season moved me to tears. heck, just watch everything! Its style is a bit different from others = annoying but nevertheless still enjoyable. (am at a current loss for words, don't know where I put my past reviews under) | ||

still better than bleach, but i did drop the 1st season halfway during all the fillers Shippuuden is very much loved though. at least impt characters were killed off - makes everything somehow a little more realistic | ||

because I watched Hakuouki first, I tend to compare. so I can't decide which is better: hot bishies with a female oni or hilarious characters with a oh-so-cute puppy. i wish for a season 2 though | ||
